Ordering

Accurate order information is required.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information when placing an order, including your full name, billing and shipping address (no P.O. Boxes), telephone number, valid email address, and valid payment method. We are not responsible for mis-delivery resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Mierzejewski Creation Unleashed reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. In such cases, the customer’s sole remedy is a refund of any payments made for that order.

Changes

Orders cannot be modified after purchase.

Orders cannot be changed once placed. The only exception is a delivery address change prior to shipment. To update the delivery address for an unshipped order, contact customer service at michal@mierzejewski.com

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• PayPal
• Shop Pay (full or installment payments)
• Affirm (pay over time)
• Crypto.com Pay (cryptocurrency)
• Any additional payment methods introduced in the future

If payment is declined, stopped, or otherwise fails, Mierzejewski Creation Unleashed reserves the right to cancel the order. If the order has already shipped, the customer remains responsible for full payment. Mierzejewski Creation Unleashed may pursue collection efforts, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, collection costs, and interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law.

By selecting Cryptocurrency Payments, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All cryptocurrency transactions are final and non-refundable.
• Prices are based on real-time exchange rates at checkout and must be paid within the allotted time window.
• Any network or gas fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds, if eligible, will not be issued in cryptocurrency and may be provided as store credit or via an alternative method at Mierzejewski Creation Unleashed’s discretion.
• Mierzejewski Creation Unleashed is not responsible for errors related to incorrect wallet addresses, insufficient funds, or blockchain delays.
