Shipping Terms

Accurate order information is required.

1. All artworks are delivered directly to the address provided via a trusted shipping partner.
2. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery options. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these fees.
3. Orders are primarily fulfilled within Poland. Other international shipping is available and arranged individually with the Buyer. Buyers opting for international delivery are responsible for any additional costs, including the difference between domestic and international shipping fees, as well as customs duties, taxes, or other charges outside the EU.
4. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible – typically within 14 business days, or 21 days for custom “made-to-order” artworks, counted from the order date. Delivery times may be extended during periods of Seller leave or when explicitly noted in the artwork description.
