In a hauntingly beautiful photograph titled “The Last Path,” a lone road winds through the mist-covered meadows of Jakuszyce, nestled in Poland’s Izery Mountains. I spent a solitary night, braving the chill to finally capture this elusive scene. After hours of taking star trails photos and waiting under the dark canopy of the mountain sky, the full moon finally appeared, casting a soft, silvery light over the gentle hills that embrace Jakuszyce’s meadows. With the first hints of morning, a delicate mist began to settle, softening the landscape and adding an ethereal quality to the scene.

The photo centers around a road that by day is often bustling with travelers, yet here, in the moonlit quiet, it feels timeless and untouched.
